Traction Light

I was on highway today doing about 80mph. Nobody in front so i decided to punch it. It took off but once it got to rpm to shift it hesitated and traction control light flashed and then it shifted. I had traction control off so not sure what the deal is with that problem.

Maybe it forgot what to do for a second.

I tried it again and it did the same. It actually shifts then light comes on and it hesitates. I will check it tomorrow and a lower speed.

Could be a software glitch. At worst, I'm guessing it may just need to be flashed with the latest updates.

If it does it again i will take it to Ford. Hard for them to duplicate problem when it only does when shifting into 7th gear at 120 lol

Did you turn Advancetrac off by holding the traction control switch for like 10 seconds? The lights are misleading because unless you do that, traction control is still on even though the light says that it’s off.
