So will this swap loose rev match on down shift and the gear indicator on the dash on a 2019 ?
From what I read in the T56 swap thread, all 2018+ are basically doomed still at this point. They have one single connector that goes to the trans and no one has made any kind of converter or box to properly solve all of the connections there. The one guy did his and ended up taking it back out because so many features in the car were completely disabled.

absolutely. If you're going to swap, get a TR3160 for the Mach1. Absolutely no guarantee it won't be it's own cluster.

The Camaro Tremec has rev-match so there must be an option for that transmission to report what gear is selected. If (very big if) it is similar to the method used in the MT-82 (a magnet on the shift selector shaft as far as we know) there may be a way to adapt that Tremec to include rev-match on a Mustang. The Mach 1 will have it, maybe it uses a simlilar transmission as the Camaro?

save your brain cells.
I have burned up plenty of them on less important quests. ;)
Me, I am ok with the MT-82D4, no plans to change it.

Has anyone who has done the swap successfully found a solution for a driveshaft safety loop? My BMR safety loop for the MT82 will hit the bottom of the shifter in regards to the loop section (the trans mount part of the system works fine).

Also, take my word for it, clearance the ebrake bracket! After about 6 months on the swap I finally got it back on the lift to investigate an exhaust rattle and come to find out mine was not clearance enough and has dug a gouge in the driveshaft, thus rendering it useless.
