Video & Music but no audio

Hello,
I was able to play videos on my tomtop unit and also it apears as i have a lot of songs in music but when I play a video or music i can see the vid playing and music time going but I get no audio from it.
Some one please help

I'm another one who's clock works by the way.

What did you do?
I set my time then when I turn my unit on the next day its 1 hour ahead

Did you happen to note the version date on the back of the unit before install? Seems that those with the Nov 2015 build don't have clock issues.

OK guys to play video you need to connect a thumb drive to the black USB cable. its the only way to do it. If you put a external hard drive it wont work. Reason is there isn't enough current to power the external HDD using the black cable. So load up your videos under 720p and enjoy.

I took the video down because someone flagged it .

My nav stopped working within a day of install. I try to click on the nav icon but nothing happens. Anyone know how to reset the radio?

I have the same issue.

Try going into settings, media player and turning the bottom two options on then off, then shutting the car off and turning it back on. That worked for me.

Tried with no luck. It worked once, but the audio was very distorted. The next time i tried, no audio again.

Been using mine for about a week now and all of a sudden i got some bad ground feedback through the right side speaker that would get louder when driving and go away when stopped , it was also go in and out over bumps, then after i got where i was going and left it stopped doing it and hasn't done it since

OK guys, I have been messing around with updating the maps on this unit since they are from 2012.... I have already downloaded the 2015 Q3 and the maps work good but the POI is not working good. SO at the moment I am downloading the 2015 Q2 maps and hopefully these maps will work good. If they do I will link it and explain how to manually update the maps for you guys.

And I am not using the Naviextras toolbox to do this since it doesnt want to read the memory card .

So I installed my unit today, and it worked great for about an hour. I was driving, and put the car in reverse then the screen went black. Everything works on it still even the touchscreen (changes AM to FM, Aux, etc, by guessing their locations) just nothing displayed but a black screen. I took it apart and reconnected all the connections with the same result. Any ideas? I contacted the seller through eBay hopefully I can get a replacement.
