You can not order a PAC TR-4 from anyone here in the states?I would try and get one wired in if you can.You want the processor to come on first,then the amp.The audison has a in and out turn-on lead to do just that.You could leave the ford amp plugged in and just tap off the blue/green to the PAC.Then feed it to the audison,then to your amp.That should turn it all on in the proper sequence and eliminate any noises.

It would have taken too long to get the part. I already had a Kicker front row and it has that functionality built in, so its already working like you described, tapping the blue/green wire and sending it to the front row which accepts a 6V turn on.
The Audison works with 12V or input sense only, so it would need the PAC but that would have taken several days maybe weeks to get here. This issue was far too annoying to leave it for that long, so i settled with the Front Row it seems to work well.

FFS >:| The buzz came back today. After nearly two days of not getting it.

It should have been perfect now that its turning on with the 6v wire from the factory amp, but the buzz seems to be still possible even at this late turn on stage (its far less frequent than before.)
This is a different processor hooked up a complete different way from before.

It seems that if im using the audio input from before the stock amp, theres always a chance of picking up this signal. I had an electrical systems engineer listen to it today and he says is definately a signal of some kind that the aftermarket system is picking up and playing as a sound. The stock amp however ignores it since it probably knows what it is.
Its a deliberate 3 successive low frequency buzzes so its not random garbage, its some kind of instruction that gets sent to the stock amp.
That or ive got some faulty piece of hardware thats doing this.

Last options -

Try and power on the processor and amp ONLY when the full accessory power mode comes on (which means always having to press the start button).

*Edit, above solution is working, does mean that without full accessory mode only 3 speakers play, but thats actually good for the battery.
