Does not help it. that't the first thing I tried.

its a easy fix. go to setting, navigation and make sure Primo is selected. This happens when you take the SD card out or if you move the settings by accident.

Thanks. Already did the update on it. The temp is off by 2-3 but it's better than nothing. I got all happy when it was letting me actually dial a number but it didn't work. At least it have me a dial pad now.

I might give this update a shot. Is the whole update in Chinese?

Yes it was my video that I had up a few weeks ago on here. I took it off because I was talking to tomtop about some of the problems I was having with this unit evers sinec I bought it and I started to make them a video and I didnt wanted them to see that I messed around it with before hand...

Has nothing to do with the updates. It froze on me 2 times before when I first installed it. The map updates has nothing to do with the system crashing since the navigation was not on when it started to freeze up changing the radio stations.

Mine did that as well when I first got the system, click on the voice volume setting and drag it all the way to the right and hold it. you should hear him/ her talking. also for the music you need to un-check beep/ tone volume so that the music wont cut off .

Also the iGo Primo does not come with TTS, So the navigation will not read you the names of the streets. it will just say to Turn Left. ect.... I did Update my Navi maps to 2015 because it only had 2012 maps installed. But like I had said in my post above I will be posting the links up again.

Volume control is in the settings on the navigation app. they also have separate volume controls in the main settings of the unit.

Sorry for the lack of updates on my end, But now for the past few days my unit has started to freeze up pretty bad. Almost makes me want to go back to the small screen. For those of you wanting the Navi maps update I will be posting the links again so that you can download it. I made it simple...

Yes that one is it. but you can not buy it from the website, only from car dealers they sale to wholesale.

The sales rep says that Tomtop is a clone and low end quality. But he wants me to pay 899 for a test unit then after I give a review on it I will get a refund for some cash back. But it would still cost more than tomtop
