My install was just like the write up in this thread. There's several others now that are popping up with being able to keep the correct time. It looks like with the newer units they corrected the problem.

It seems like I'm the only one so far that has a clock that keeps the correct time. It's weird.

I just taped them up and tucked them with the harness. I'm not sure what they're for because everything with my unit works fine. Maybe someone that's more familiar with electronics can chime in but I think they're just extra wire to maybe add something later on.

I've used the sync call option a bunch of times and I can hear the person I'm calling fine. Yes they're just caps. There's a AV in option on the home screen.

The clock issue is fixed on my unit I just installed this week.

My harness was labeled in English and Chinese. I was kind of worried about the install but once I pulled the bezel off I noticed everything plugged up real easy. The "hardest" part of the install was trimming the circuit board cover.

Just a quick question but for those that have install this unit, do the wires that aren't in a connector go to anything? I'm referring to the wires near the white connector in this picture.
