Our huge stroller (one of those "system" strollers where you can snap in the infant seat) fits.
Like others have said, sharing the leg space between front and back seats will be a problem. My wife is 5'4" and it's a tight fit with a 3'1" toddler. An infant could fit behind me, 6'4", but that's about it.
It's a little awkward to put the kid in his seat but it works. We do it almost every weekend. My son likes the car but he prefers to sit in our 2003 Jetta because after removing the passenger head rest, he can see *everything*. His visibility in the Mustang is pretty paltry in comparison.
The other thing to consider is that a mess is bound to happen so if you plan on keeping your car clean it will be a little extra effort
My son always goes "whoops" when I oversteer
