Have a 15 Gt pp1 with jlt cai, catback, 18 intake manifold, mgw shorty, and BBK 85mm throttle body with a custom dyno. At low speeds is drives like death, all jerky and hard to drive, but the throttle response is way better when you get on it. Higher speeds it drives awesome, sounds better and hits harder. I have the stock one so ive been swapping them. Is there anything that will smooth that out? I really want to keep it but the low speed surging is kind of a problem. Thanks

The 85mm aperture is skewing the throttle table.
Your best options are to run a Bret Barber CNC modded TB (aperture remains @ 80mm but CFM increases to about 1100+ CFM) or stick with an unmolested OEM 80mm TB.

OP, was the car tuned for the BBK throttle body?

Tell your tuner the timing/fueling needs to be compensated for it. Despite the trims looking good.
What timing and fueling updates need to be made for a throttle body change?

You need a tuner that knows what he’s doing

I gave the tuner a list of my mods and it was on the car during the tune.

Yes it goes away
Then you most likely have a TB issue. Call BBK and ask them to swap it out.
It’s still possibly something that could be helped in the tune but IMO not worth the effort it may require, especially for what amounts to no real gains from the TB in the first place 😉

Ta-dah! Put the stocker back on and leave it on, you're likely not gaining much with the other anyway.
With the stock its much better, but still has a small stumble at 2200rpm. Is this tuning or imrc lockout related. Thanks!
