I've already ordered a steeda cold air intake and I'm also thinking about getting a bbk 85 mm throttle. Will I be ok without a tune? Really want a decent power addition without tuning for the time being, at least until I get a set of headers. Also what kind of gains can I expect from both items without a tune?
Get a throttle body spacer instead, they might be cheaper and don't require a tune! According to dyno's, the previous gen 5.0's picked up some power with the spacers! Don't mess with the throttle body unless you are going for a tune!

Best setup would be steeda no insert cai, throttle body spacer, gt350 intake w/ throttle body and flex tune!

Throttle body spacers don't do anything.
"No tune" intakes don't do anything.

What do you want them to "show on the dyno?" A loss? Would you buy one then? of course they show "a gain."

Lol if you want to maintain your warranty, send the cold air back, and do suspension supporting mods or save your money until you're ready to drop the hammer on the roushcharger. Don't mess around with anything else. It's not worth it.
