How can I tell if these wheels will fit on the 18 in foundrys? 255/40 R18 99H staggered 285/35 R18 97H
If you mean, will these tires fit on the standard 18x8 wheels, the answer is "not very well." The fronts will maybe fit, but 255s are a LOT of tire for an 8" rime and would be much happier on 9s. The 285s should not even be considered. That tire needs a 10-inch rim minimum.

Cant wait to throw these on once my coilovers arrive. 18x10.5 FF15's finished in custom Fog. Just need to decide if I want to do 295/40/18 or 305/35/18 tires

Niiice... Now were getting somewhere.

Offset / ET on those wheels?

Can you take some pictures?
front and rear with a wheel mounted on stock setup before coilovers arrive?
Specifically:
-inboard front strut to wheel clearance?

-ouboard front fender to wheel clearance? (put boards under wheel before lowering car back down or use a second jack under spindle)

-rear inboard and outboard clearace?

Will send beer!

They are 18x10.5 +48 I believe. I haven't test fitted them on the car because HRE had already announced that they would not clear the stock struts. A coilover with an offset bracket to push the strut inboard is required, I believe most companies offer about half an inch of offset.

You would need spacers at 18x10.5ET48 front.
Check out apex mustang 18x10 ET 43 ec7 fitment notes.
43 with a 5 spacer front would be semi equivalent to 18x10ET38 assuming brakes still clear. (43-5=38)
Now if you go .5" wider wheels up to 10.5 thats 6.3mm more each side so you need another 6.3mm to clear strut inside. 38-6=32. So to get a 18x10.5 to clear front strut on inside it would need to be 18x10.5ET32. Supposedly...
Or if you have 18x10.5ET48 you could use spacer:
48-32=16mm or more than 0.5"
That would be a big spacer.
Of course, this does not address front fender clearance at 10.5 wide....

Maybe test fit rears?

Really interested in how far they clear outer rear fender lip.

I am just trying to figure out if there is a 18x10.5 that will fit front and rear where they still fit inside rear fender, and can be spaced a couple mm to work front. Would like to be able to rotate tires front rear for track days without remounting or running staggered.

The best possible case to do this looks like a spacer front by a couple mm to clear strut while having the rear unspaced.

So if we know how much a 18x10.5ET48 clears inside fender then I can calc if there is an offset between 32 and 48 that might work and clear front strut and still clear rear outer fender lip... ...just trying to see if a 10.5 can be specced for stock.
