Wow I didn’t know they added markups to factory ordered mustangs. That feels pretty underhanded. The dealers I spoke with in CA claimed they were no mark-ups if you ordered through factory.

Just contacted a dealer today about ordering a 2022 Mach 1, told me the best they could do with a factory order is a 5K ADM on top. They have one on the lot with a 10k ADM

Now seems to not be the time to buy a car

Based in what minimal amount of information I have read ordering a car with Granger Ford and flying there and driving back home would be far cheaper than buying anything with an ADM of $1. I would look at it as a free vacation.

18hrs 28 min from my front door. No way I would pay an ADM.

When my last car got wrecked, Cadillac wanted $50k ADM on the CT5-V’s. . .

So I talked to a couple friends who work at dealerships and told me that that’s how it is here in the area I live, including taxes. So I’ll have to decide what I end up doing . Y’all lucky haha.

California is drastically different than other states. There’s a shit ton of people here with too much money, demand is very high. If you don’t want it for $XXXXX above sticker price then five other people do.
I searched for my car for six months before I found a salesperson I liked and got a great deal ordering from the factory. Again, shopped for six months. That’s the only way out here to get a decent price.
