$3k below invoice? Wow. I've spoken with another dealer about this car (they are a friend) and they told me what the dealer selling the car actually has into the car meaning their actual cost. They would be making about $700 on the deal.

They're getting hefty rebates from Ford, I never worry about dealerships not making money.

I'd say you got yourself a good deal if you can get them below invoice. Mine was about 3k below invoice after rebates and negotations.[/quote said:

No good. I have the same car + adaptive cruise control MSRP $455XX and paid $427XX OTD on the road with freight, taxes, title and all other fees. (actually $150 less than that because they refunded me money on my registration as I bought it in VA and my PA reg turned out to be cheaper).

Koons Ford in Baltimore is where I got mine. Check them out. They're the cheapest anywhere I've seen.
