I am a tech for a BMW dealer, but we sold a 2016 Ecoboost recently and the customer wanted a LoJack installed (whatever). The tech that looked at the car said it wasn't possible (really?) but my guess is he just didn't want to deal with it. So they gave it to me since I have a mustang (that means I must know everything, right?) Long story short, turns out there was no power at the OBD port, so a pass through / jumper harness wasn't working. So I turned to M6G and did a quick search and found a thread about no power to the OBD port, fuse 15 was blown. So I go and check, yep fuse 15 in passenger kick panel is blown. I literally had this car diagnosed and fixed in a few short minutes because of the wealth of information freely shared by this community of enthusiasts. So Thank you all! And Keep it up. I hope I can pay it forward again in the future.

Great to hear and I bet your Service Advisor and the customer were quite pleased too!
