I have an issue with my phone having trouble connecting at least once a day. Any idea on how to fix this, besides a trip to the dealership?

I'd start with a master reset on sync

I had an issue with Bluetooth getting stuck "initializing" and I couldn't connect a phone at all for a few days. I ended up pulling the "sync" fuse. The box is located in the passenger side kick panel, its a 10amp fuse about mid-way up. Just look in your manual for the diagram

Drugdealr,

I agree with Jeepwx03. A master reset is a good place to start. Which system do you have? http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...h-sync/how-to-identify-your-sync-version.html

Let me know and we can get started.
