What dealer did you go to? As long as it's a Ford dealership, it shouldn't matter where you bought the vehicle. I'm not sure what 2.7, 2.8, and 2.9 versions you're referring to but keep an eye out for SYNC updates. They are generally released every year. Cara

Since the software is up to date and the reset didn't resolve the issue, I have to say the next step would be the dealer. There isn't a known issue with the iPhone6 or 6+ not being compatible with the system, so the dealer will need to take a hands on approach to this issue. Cara
