Is there anyway to find a SYNC 3 Screen and NAV APIM for a reasonable price? I'm having no luck or the ones I find are high priced... $800 plus for both... What is everyone seeing as prices for the two? Feels like I'm looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow..

Got mine for 450ish from salvage yard. I don't think 800 is overly unreasonable if it comes with bezel and all. Don't know if you already have MFT and don't need the bezel, though.

Yes have the MFT NAV system in my 2015 Mustang GT convertible already so no need for anything else... I have emailed or called various salvage yards and they never even respond to anything...

I hawked eBay and got my APIM, Screen and ACM for $500. You gotta search often, they go fast.

Hey guys,
I just finished installing a sync 3 Screen and APIM on my 2016 V6. I haven't done any programming yet, but for some reason I don't have the NAV icon on the screen. I was told by the seller ( the parts farm) that the screen/APiM came out of a NAV car. The also provided me the vin number. Does the NAV function have to be activated using Forscan?

No icon means no Nav, it cannot be added. Either have to deal with it or Return it.

The seller just confirmed that they sent me the wrong Sync 3 module.

So, I got a Sync 3 APIM from a 2017 Ford Escape. So, I should be able to swap the brackets over and change something in the as-built via forscan, and it should work, right?

If all else fails, I do have a sync 2 2017 escape that this apim can go into instead.
