Problem solved!!! GPS works like a charm. I change the tranny APIM as-built data from Auto to manual. That’s why it worked well on the auto but had issues on the manual car. Thanks guys.

It makes sense. That's the only thing I didn't change when I swapped the APIM from the auto to the manual car. I will program the APIM according to Spart's post. Hopefully that will fix it. Thank you guys.
