So can our sway bars be removed/installed on jack stands? Or is the added height of a lift necessary? Thanks

Easily done on jack stands. I installed Steeda bars on my 16 EB PP myself.
No issues other than needing about 3 feet of socket extensions to get the front drivers side mounts tightened from the top. Go with 1/2" drive.
Make sure you use tons of lube on the bushings.(life lesson)
Get the front wheels off and there is plenty of access and room.

Rear is a snap.

Easily? Eh depends. My 16 GT’PP car was a difficult install on jack stands due to the bonded bar mounts. A base car wouldn’t be as bad.
