my bad, not even sure how he's having that issue, I run that same wheel up front, but with a 285, I have no rubbing :shrugs:
Idk, I can only speak to my personal experience. with the 5mm space I have maybe 3mm of clearance (can barely wedge my ring finger between wheel and strut). I've heard others needing spacers of front with different 19x10 wheels, but yea, not much from here so I'm not sure why I was rubbing.

Interesting. I wonder what the difference is.

I think tires play a big part in the rubbing issue. a 275/40/19 tire will be different widths for different manufacturers. If the tire has any type of rim protector, it will stick out past the wheel more than a tire without one.

We should probably compile a list of who which tire is being used and if you are rubbing. No rubbing for me on 275/40/19 Continental DWS06.

That would be helpful. I'm planning to run the Firestone Indy 500 in either 275/40/19 or 285/35/19. But, I wont have tires for a couple months.

I'd do the 285/35 if you are lowered at all. If stock suspension, 275/40.

I have those tires on 19x10 (MMD rep wheels, not the LMR wheels).

Well I got my wheels the other day but unfortunately one of them seems to be blemished. There's a decent sized "stain" on the outside of the barrel and nothing has been able to get it off. Has anyone seen anything like this or have experience with getting stuff out of powede rcoating?

They're painted not PC. Call LMR and ask about an exchange or a partial refund? Luckily it's inside so not very visible but still sucks.

Here's the info:
Two Year Finish Coverage - LMR.com warrants its 50 Resto and SVE Wheels to be free from Finish Defects for a period of Two Years as long as they remain installed on the vehicle for which they were originally purchased under the ownership of the original purchaser. Many people are concerned about the finish of their wheels flaking off or the paint starting to peel. We offer only high quality wheels and that is why we can offer a Limited Two Year wheel finish warranty! We will replace your wheel at our own discretion based on digital pictures emailed to our customer service team or we must receive the wheels back for inspection. LMR must receive the warrantied wheel(s) back before replacing them.

For more information on this Limited Warranty or to initiate a warranty claim, dial 254-296-6500 or email [email protected].
