A question to those who have added superchargers. What has been the resulting change to your insurance premiums or excess.
I don’t recall the gap sorry but it wasn’t anything extreme.
Pretty sure my last premium was $1300-$1400 (garaged car, 43 yo driver with impeccable record, no claims yadda yadda) insured for $75k

That sounds doable Burkey. I currently pay $1000/annum to RACQ for my 18 and have a similar history etc (except for the age!) to you. I would be ok with paying a little more if I was to supercharge. Can I ask who are you with.
Also if there are any other supercharged owners out there I would be most interested to hear your insurance experience.

Yeah, it’s not too bad at all.
Currently with Shannon’s but I’d also be looking at Famous if I were you.
Neither seem to care too much about the mods. Just list them and you’re good.

RACV. No change. Roush stage 2, coilovers, wheels/tyres and cat back. They didn't give a shit. About $1050 If I recall..........
