I recently upgraded my 2018 gt to the McLeod RXT twin disk and ever since I have been having clutch problems. It has a super low engagement, almost as soon as I begin to release it engages, but it doesn’t disengage when I’m in the high RPMs. I called McLeod to try and troubleshoot, and they said probably air in the system, so I bought a new braided steel clutch line with a bleeder valve and it is still a super low engagement. I don’t know what else to do and any help would be awesome.

When you replaced the clutch line, how did you bleed the air out?
A vacuum pump is the fastest & easiest way.

I used the bleeder valve on the clutch line that I installed

A ton of people on this forum in the last few months have been having issues with McLeod clutches. Not sure if they're going down the shitter or what. If you're confident the system is bled correctly, then the pressure plate or clutch itself is likely the issue.

Hello; I watched a video about adjusting a new hydraulic clutch. Essentially they used shims. Might be you need some shims in the system to get the movement you need. Just a thought.

You need the bleeder valve on the SLAVE CYLINDER, not the line. And our stupid cars don't have one. So you have to rely on the crappy method of using vacuum as a band-aid... but all the dirty fluid will stay in the salve, so that will eventually cause problems.
