After 110K miles noticed my struts are leaking and it is time to replace them.

What brand of struts would you recommend and why?

I am casual driver not interested in any fancy mods like lowering etc.

My main priority is reliability and comfort.

I am thinking in just buying new OEM struts

God no! Fp track dampers or Bilstein b6.

If you want to spend more (but not necessarily any better) the Steeda pro-ACTIVE or non adjustable pro-ACTION.

Replace all bumpstops with eibach.

You don't know what you're missing not having done the IRS alignment dowels and whiteline IRS lockout bushings. I realize Tampa has no curves worthy of the name...

If your stockers served you well with no complaints, I'd say just get another set and swap them in. It'll be a straight forward install. If you want a regular improvement, look at the Steeda Pro-Actions or Pro-Actives for a bit more comfort.

If you want a good improvement, Ford Performance Track or Bilstein B6.

Sounds interesting, I don’t know exactly what you mean. But, can you please tell me what do you think are the benefits I would notice as a casual driver

The mustang has a hinge in the middle of the car. The rear does its own thing irrespective of the front and the drivers wishes.

Admittedly if all you do is toodle to the grocery store and back at 40mph you won't notice.

+on the Bilstein B6. Awesome upgrade in performance and control. You’ll want to do the shocks also at that kind of mileage.

I don't understand the appeal of these cars to people who only drive them like this. 🤷‍♂️ 🙂

In 2015 when I was in the market for a new car, I wanted an American made car. I like 2 doors cars and manual.

The Mustang for $21K I think was a great deal and I absolutely love the car

I swapped in Bilstein B6 dampers front and back and have loved the additional control and responsiveness. I have my OEMs for sale if you're interested. Shoot me a PM. I'll give you a heck of a deal. Only 3500 miles on them. Base GT springs/shocks/struts from my 2022.

You can still repent and get your money back for good measure. 😄
I personally can't understand an enthusiast who is satisfied with the stock suspension. But... to each his own. Not my money and happiness is the goal.
