How come it reads 14.0 as stoich. Does the ECU calculate it differently? On most other cars I've driven with AFR gauges they've always shown 14.7 as stoich. Yet still targeting 11.X at full boost/WOT conditions.

I'm just talking NA Coyote here with 93 in the tank, can only compare to my old car and my friend's which is why I mention boost. I know EB also reads 14.0 as well. What gives?

Mine reads 14.1. Thought that had to do with most fuel stations being e10 (well regional).
I use 94 w/e10

I mean just sitting at idle or cruising. Basically during a stable throttle positions it will fluctuate and change but will eventually just read 14.0 unless you go WOT or are accelerating/decelerating.

I just Googled "no ethanol gas", and found a few stations nearby.

I think I'll try some real gas and STP octane boost........just for poops and giggles.
