You built a GT Premium w/PP + 401a + Nav for 37500 before rebates? Also tax alone here will be over $2k. Basically the best I've been able to do is OTD at $41k
I think that is a non PP.

My question now does selectable drive mode matters for a car the way i configure it. Coz i have to go premium to get that. I want to spec my car as performance orirnted since it will be just a toy

I think the usefulness of this feature is subjective...nothing some good driver skill can't make up for to an extent

You can still put it in sport mode or shut it off...no need for those "cheap looking switches" (my wife's words, when she sat in a Premium)

You mean pressing the traction control to sport or completely off modes, just like in Fiesta ST?

Press Once: T/C off
Press Twice: Sport Mode (AdvanceTrak Setting opened up to allow more yaw and T/C off)
Press and Hold: Everything Off

Snow and Rain mode is a driver mod. Not worth $5K

I didn't even know about the drive modes until after I had bought the premium. I paid for the premium package for the leather, heated and cooled seats, big screen, the better looks of the toggles, the shaker sound system, memory power seats, mustang puddle lights, lighted door sills, ambient lighting. I feel like I'm driving a luxury car and have gotten numerous positive comments on the premium features from everyone that's ridden in the car. 99.9% of women couldn't care less about the motor or exhaust sounds and I don't care what a bunch of guys think about my car.

My base GT is so awesome a few more gadgets couldn't possibly improve it in any meaningful way

I don't need all that added weight.

The truth finally comes out. You got the car to pick up chicks with prissy fluff, not for performance.
