I got in my car (2020 GT500) today and started it up, I noticed a noise coming from the back of the cockpit. It sounded like radio static and I thought it may be coming from the rear speakers. It is only there when the engine is running. I moved both seat forward so I could gain access to the rear seat and started listening for the source of the sound. I finally found it, it turned out to be the fan in the drivers seat, cooled seats. Somehow it got turned on when I was adjusting the A/C.

Even though it might make me look like a dumb ass, I figured it was worth mentioning just to save someone else from future embarrassment.

Earl, believe it or not as I was reading this I was going to mention this issue was already found, but as it turns out yours is not that issue, as there is a random issue of hissing noise coming from the back deck, related I believe to the speakers during acceleration.

If any or all the lights in the white rectangles are green, then the seats cooling or heating features are running and you will hear the noise, the noise gets louder wit the number of light lit. The engine has to be running and the A/C does not have to be on before the seat cooing or heating can be turned on.
