PP: MAN, that's a pretty car! (I'll always love white vehicles.) And I'm old enough to remember when the first Boss hit the scene. It certainly hasn't lost its luster.

Oh and, nice reserved parking spot at the country club. ;-)
Appreciate your comments and if you are old enough like me to remember the 1st generation Boss 302, 429 and 351 cars I suggest that we might be pretty close in age.

68 in January, amigo and yep, I remember all the Ford motors from the old days (even though I badmouthed them cuz I was a MOPAR type at the time.) :-)

I sure wanted something like a 426 in my '69 'Cuda but couldn't come close to affording it as a working high school kid. I also salivated over the Boss 429's...those were something.

We are pretty close in age with me being a little older.

Back in the day when you and I were drooling over all kinds of cool Muscle Cars I was primarily a Ford guy but had some GM cars like a 68' RS/SS L78 Camaro and a 70' L34 Chevelle and even a couple of Mopars such as an A12 69 1/2 Road Runner and 340 Duster with one of my favorite non Ford cars being a 69 1/2 AMC SC/Rambler that always seemed to spank me on stop light racing back in the early 70's.

I was so impressed with that AMC car back in the day that I purchased my buddies SC/Rambler in 1993 and just sold it last year to a retired fellow in Minnesota and hope that he is enjoying it.

Like you I had Chevrolet's, Mopars, and AMC's but always came back to the Blue Oval brand and been a great ride.

The attached SC/Rambler had all of it's original powertrain and just over 95,000 miles and a cool car built by the Hurst Corporation back in the Spring of 1969.

Chill: Yep, in that image, the [-] definitely looks wider but, also in that image, the left paddle looks much wider than the right and the [-] seems be proportional. I think it's just a lens artifact.
It is a lens distortion. The entire steering wheel and buttons on that side are distorted.

Finally lol. Well I don't mind the dash, but I am glad I got the CF. Now all's that's left is to find a base car with Recaros to see if they matched the alcantara on the rear seats. i believe the GT350 does.

The build & price is close but not 100% accurate, you can see that the seats don't have the accent leather strips like in the real picture in the previous post.

I guess we won't really know what we're getting until one of us gets their hands on a car. Sucks to be on the outside looking in. Long live the mushrooms.

Earl: Silly me, I didn't realize the interior shots were from the configurator..damn. Like you say, more confusion. I know Jaime is very interested in those rear seats with Recaros up front but I certainly wouldn't trust the Build Your Own routine graphics.

I sure would like to see that Predator test rig although obviously they can't run it long without a radiator. :-) Plus, I just have a thing for "good" photos.

They don't actually run the engine in the test stand, it is being turned by an electric motor. Notice their are no belts on the engine.

Jared or anyone at Lethal, would you be able to tell me how the recaro’s are in the gt500 compared to the gt350?
