I already posted this, but since you like to pick and choose what you'd like to read and respond to, I'll say it again.. and for the last time..And there is usually a 2 to 4% difference in every run.
When we were dynoing engines for customers we would always use the second pull because it was always 5 to 10 HP higher.
Only accurate way to test for that small of an increase, is MPH at a drag strip.
If it was done on a track there would be track conditions, weather conditions and driver error coming into play. All of those are variables that wouldn't exist or affect the outcome while using a corrected dyno cell in a controlled environment.
Anyone who thinks they can more accurately measure 10hp in a 3800lb car on a track than on a dyno is delusional. End of story as far as I'm concerned.
