Stock Mufflers

Are the GT & V6 stock mufflers the same?
I.e the same interior design (chambers and pipes)

someone on this forum bought stock gt mufflers and put them on his V6 he claimed they were deeper insound compared to the stocks V6 mufflers.

V6 2.25" diameter, V8 2.5" diameter, V8 Mufflers come with chrome tips, V8 is basically like a bigger version or slightly bigger version of the V6 Muffler stock for stock. so if you're going to put a stock gt mufflers on your V6 unless someone's giving them to you would be a waste of money. but if you were buying aftermarket GT mufflers and if you got a good deal on them you can put them on you are V6 you would just need an adapter from 2.25 to 2.5 inch and the exhaust hangers are in the same spots.

I'll get them for my V6 for around $90.
I need to put them with my existing x-pipe, because I installed Magnaflow 10415 with the x-pipe and the drone is unbearable!
Would u recommend that?
