Corsa Midpipe Stock mufflers

anybody do this? I have the corsa xtreme catback and was wondering how it would sound to replace the xtreme mufflers with stock.

Would you happen to have the link? I'm only finding the Corsa midpipe videos with gt350s. Btw if you ever feel like trading your sport mufflers for a set of Xtreme mufflers, let me know . I'm getting ready to get LTH so I gotta control the volume a bit.

Ah thanks, much appreciated. That sounds interesting, I might give it a shot. I feel dumb now for letting the shop have my OEM catback. :/

It sounds about like a regular X-pipe did with stock mufflers. I didn't care for the metallic, tinny sound at higher RPM. Stock mufflers make some weird noises with more flow/volume through them. Personally I'd try and get the Touring axleback to swap for what you have, and sell the Sport axleback.

Hmm wait, I thought corsa xtremes had different mufflers from the sport but both have the double x pipe?

There are four permutations from Corsa:

Touring axleback
Touring axleback + double X-pipe = Sport catback
Sport axleback
Sport axleback + double X-pipe = Xtreme catback
