Steering Wheel Oscillation Recall

Letter says Ford expects to be notifying August 2024, has anyone received any notification about a fix yet?

I'm still on the stock tune from the last BCM recall fix I did a couple months ago, would like to get this fix done too so I can go back to E85 :(

It's only for 22-23's I believe, don't 'have the letter still but it's this one

Oh it's in my fordpass app

Well... looks like my app just isn't updated? I called my local dealership and they told me to bring it in on Tuesday so guess I'll update after that

Interesting, I have a 2022 also. I haven’t seen anything pop up in my app but I’ll keep an eye out. Let us know how it goes on Tuesday

I think i saw this back in July on FordPass app. Haven't ever had a steering issue, hope the update doesn't screw anything up

This. I avoid updates like the plague. If it's all working....I leave it alone. I rarely look at the FordPass app anymore. For better or worse...this latest recall isn't in the app.

Using the sites above, I have no notifications for my VIN.

I was involved in the BCM recall, which was completed without issue.

I think it's only for 22-23 GT's, but looks like a fix is indeed out and my Fordpass app just hasn't updated

They were able to get it fixed. Back to ethanol for me
