Title says it all....I've installed the Steeda vertical links, subframe braces and bushing support kit. Still have tons of wheel hop if I try to spin the tires.

What's the next step? Since I'm already going down this road of throwing parts at a problem I might as well get the rear diff bushing inserts. I'll have to take the subframe braces off for the bushing inserts to go in so I might as well do the toe links too....then I'll need an alignment so I guess I should do springs at the same time. :frusty:

:headbonk:

I'm still on the stock P-Zeros....is that a big part of my problem?

I'm in the same boat, glad to know the vertical links don't help as much. I've "heard" that the differential bushings are the difference makers but I don't know first hand. From what I know of wheelhop I would suggest the diff bushings and control a bushings.

Watching this video makes me think I'll go for the rear diff bushing inserts next. Start around 1:18

Inserts, springs, and Viking shocks, then tires. Everything is just a gradual improvement, there is no silver bullet.

Yeah, and it seems like it varies from car to car. I've read several guys that have supposedly gotten rid of hop with just the steeda bushing supports.

You can see all of the parts I have installed in my sig. I still have wheel hop, albeit a whole lot less than stock. I am up in the air on getting the BMR CB005 kit to replace a few of the Steeda parts, but likely it won't be a huge difference. I am not willing to go solid bushings to eliminate the hop.

Next stop for me is the handling Viking shocks.

Diff bushings and rear sub frame bushing inserts make the biggest improvement in wheel hop

All I've done is a bmr cb005 cradle system, vertical links, and aluminum diff inserts, I'm gonna say 95% of my wheel hop is gone. I talked with kelly from bmr a little while back, we were thinking my final step should be the lower control arm bushing

Finally did the Steeda diff bushing inserts. Wow! What a huge difference. All the other parts made such a slight difference that I'm not even sure they helped. Nice, smooth, smokey burnouts! Launched it a few times last night too, even with the cooler temps last night it hooks so much better. This is still on the stock tires too....not much left of them anymore though!

Finally!..... :D:D

Which color did you go with? Red or Black?

The red. There is definitely a bit of drive line noise that wasn't there before. I noticed it when on the highway and letting off the throttle. As the car slows down there is a bit of a whine.
