When I install these does the car need to be lifted off the ground or can I drive up on my ramps for the install?

Are you talking about Jacking Rails or IRS Braces?

I used my speed ramps. Of course having a set where you can remove the front wedge is super handy.

One word of caution - make sure you get the bolt that goes into the subframe connecter started - THEN put in the others - all loose before you start tightening anything. If you try to put those in 2nd the holes will potentially be slightly off and you'll have to fight the brace, which is no fun. You also don't want to strip any holes.
