Alright, I just ordered the Steeda subframe braces, I'll start here and see how it makes the car feel.
Stages this time instead of all at once.
Think I may paint them red to match my stripes and Brembos! LOL

Get them powercoted instead of paint. It will last longer.

Who do you go to? Someone in the city or in the burbs?
I go to D-Mark for performance upgrades, Drew is great! but for alignment , Firestone or Midas in North east burbs. Could go to Ford but like I said most of the time the grease monkey's screw things up.

Got it, yeah have heard good things about Drew. Geared Up Motorsports is another one that a lot of guys/gals in the Chicagoland Mustang Club use and they do alignments (street and performance). They’re in New Lenox if you want to go for a bit of a drive.

Now I got to find a powder coat shop... doh!
High heat rustoleum no good?
I was planning on Rustoleum for mine as well as my G Trac brace. They make a light blue that is close to Grabber Blue. I figure a few coats should be good enough

Ok, I don't mind a drive if they will take me on a weekend.
Thanks for the recommendation.

Powercoating is substantially harder than spray paint. The enamel version may be slightly better but it is still not very hard. Road debris will eventually chip it.

I’m the type that tries to keep his cars as far away from auto shops as possible since they usually do more harm than good in my experience. Lol
That’s why I do all my service, even did my exhaust. Now my performance shop is great but they don’t do alignments.
I totally agree. Unfortunately, I don't have a 20k Alignment machine in my garage, so Im at the mercy of the dealership or shop for that.

Do you guys think I can install these using my Ramps or do I need load off and on stands?

I’ve been advised to not use ramps in case you have to take out subframe bolts if everything doesn’t line up

You can use ramps. If you need to loosen the subframe bolts to align the bolts on the braces, you can use a floor jack to hold it in place, but do not remove the bolts all the way. If you do have to loosen the bolts, you will need an alignment. The subframe can be lowered (a few inches) even when the tires are on the ground or on ramps, because the control arms can still move independently up and down.

Ok, cool. I’ll probably try ramps then first and keep my fingers crossed that I don’t need to remove cradle bolts.
I know I didn’t have an issue on my 15gt but can’t remember if I used ramps or stands.
