I don’t really want to have to modify the stock studs I’d rather just take the spacer off if that’s my only other option.

What size wheels and tires are you running and what is the offset of the rim? On the front. Can you put 25mm on the front? The extra width of the 25mm may make it work.

The rim is 19 x 9. The tire is 255/40r19. I’m not sure on the offset, they’re the front rims on the 2019 bullitt.

I don’t really want 25’s in the front cause I want the rear tires to appear bigger

I have 20mm all around my eco, did not have any issue with seating

But I have aftermarket wheels, they have giant gaps for the studs.

Sorry. I’m a ecoboost, steeda pro struts and springs.

Didn’t realize magnaride would affect a wheel spacer

Don’t know that this is the best way but it’s not very hard to do.

that looks ridiculous. just use a handsaw that can cut through that metal. imo thats what id do. straight clean cut

don't use a wheel nut since they are often just total crap. Thread a proper threading die on the stud so that when you rotate it back off it'll clean/re-cut the threads the grinder mangled. A metal file can be used to knock down the burrs on the raw end. Better would be to press out the long studs and replace with new, US sourced wheel studs in the correct length but you may have some fun trying to locate the right interference fit because these cheap-ass Chinese-ium spacers use god-knows what for the stud and too often bored oversize.

I’m just gonna sell the front spacers and just keep running the 25mm spacers in the rear. I like the wider tire look in the back anyways
