Steeda magnaride progressive sport springs

I just installed the steeda magnaride sport progressive Springs, I’m very happy with the look and feel of the car in comparison to the stock springs. My only concern is the driver side front and rear sits slightly lower than the passenger side when measuring from the ground to the wheel fender. has anyone else had this experience or know what might be the cause and fix?

Oh yeah, It was one of the first things I mentioned to the technician and he looked at me like I had three heads, this was an old-school gearhead muscle car guy who’s been around since the fox body days so he knows his stuff, before torquing the bushings we took the car for a nice semi aggressive cornering drive, jousted each end, all that before the final Torque on all the suspension bushings while the car was grounded,

Not that this helps you so much but Interesting this came up, I have the dual rate springs and my passenger side is higher than the driver side. Steeda said no need to clock bushing since it’s a minimal drop plus I replaced several suspension items. I may go back and reevaluate everything

I’ve had this problem with lowered springs on every car I’ve ever owned.
That’s why I now stick with coilovers or in the case of magnaride….MSS Adjustable springs. Still maintain the magnaride function but mean I can adjust the height like a coilover.

Glad you are liking the springs. Mine came to me with Steeda sport springs so I never got to appreciate the difference from stock. Do you feel it rides much better?

As for the hight difference, how much are we talking? I just noticed mine is slightly higher on the passenger side too. But it's no more that a 1/4 inch. I feel like most cars probably aren't equal due to the drivers weight on one side all the time.

Did you measure before?

I’m happy with the feel and ride quality although like I said the driver side front and rear sit aboout 3/16 to about a 1/4 anywhere in between there lower than the passenger side,

Do you Feel the ride quality improved over stock?

I wouldn't sweat a 3/16 - 1/4 difference. Like I said, mine is the same amount on that side too. And my previous unmodified GT was also off by the same anount on that side. I'd bet it was like that before you swapped springs too.

Actually, sitting on the stock springs, my garage is pretty bang on even and it measured out even all 4 corners on the steeda springs there is that difference, but I’m not losing any sleep over it,
I personally think the ride quality improved overstock

when measuring from the ground to the wheel fender.

measure from center of wheel (or wheel lip) to fender. All other reference points are not usefully consistent.

And driving around with "not fully tight" suspension is not the same thing as clocking the bushings. If they were tightened AT ALL at full droop you have to go back and put it ON 4 WHEELS (alignment rack) and loosen everything and re-tighten.

min-drop vs more-drop doesn't matter.
