Searched the forum, didn't find any information.

Anyone done this swap? Saves 10.5 lbs according to Steeda. We don't have active shutters so just checking to see if there'd be any unforeseen issues with swapping the OEM steel cross bumper for the steeda bar.

That’s for a regular GT which has a steel front bumper support. GT350 is aluminum and already very, very light.

GT350 factory front bumper support weighs 6.5 lb, and the rear coming in at 17.5 lbs.

I replaced the front and rear beams with the BMR chromoly bumper supports, with both beams collectively coming in at 6.4 lbs.

Total weight loss of 17.6 lbs. I replaced the front beam for the 3 lb weight loss and to make room for a set of Spal fans with the Whipple oversized heat exchanger.

The Steeda bar will probably come in a little bit heavier than the BMR piece with the extra bracing on each end, but you should still see some minor weight loss.

Juice isn't worth the squeeze for a couple of lbs. Thanks for this though, informative.
