it has an engine!
Air inlet temp vs actual outside temp. The time most people pay attention to that mostly is trafffic and stop and go.

So I ordered the intake by mistake with out the inner part to run it without a tune. Any of you guys that are tuned hook a brother up and send me the restrictor for inside the intake?

I'm in the same boat. Got mine delivered last night. I'm thinking I will pull my sound tube. Then baseline dyno. Then Steeda with restrictor dyno. Then restrictorless dyno

You forgot the tune before removing the restrictor!

If you are going to do that, then I don't have to wait. ;) I might put it on tomorrow and try it out. Wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to modify the oem intake. Then I could swap out on the dyno later..

got mine installed! wasn't to bad at all. Getting the big box in was probably the most trouble I had but once I figured it out I got it in.

quality is great. I still can't get over the price I paid. I really don't get what all the bitching about the sct x4 is about. I mean it took less than 10mins to tune the car and it was pretty straight forward.

in regards to the steeda tune. I really have no clue what to look for but everything looks good! Feels good! First time I stomped into it and rear end broke loose big time, I was holyyyy crap! Best way to describe it, when you stomp on it's like the car got a little shot of adrenaline, it's a mild adreneline shot lets call it that but enough to notice from stock!

anyways it's like 73ish out today and here are all the temps.

what should I be keeping an eye on?
Kind of wish I jumped on... I'm just so concerned about the warranty and the tune. I think I'll wait it out a year before I do any mods that require a tune.

Sure glad Iam not married because after this Black Friday buying binge I would be divorced. :paddle::lol:
Oh and I will take a garage banner if you have any.
I'll let you know how that works out for me, Just ordered a Corsa AB on top of the Steeda CAI.
She can only divorce me once. I will sure miss my garage though as I'm sure she'll get the house.:kickrock:

I always say buy all the parts you need in one go, it's easier to beg for forgiveness than it is for permission

i'd be lieing if I said the tune wasn't bothering me in the back of my mind over the warranty thing. Gotta pay to play I suppose. Nothing irregular yet. Idle seems to be perfect.

about to have the 1st real cold start before head to church, so we'll see how that goes!

I am concerned about waranty too, however if I was going to flash for just a CAI, I might as well go all in for NA at one time at go for full exhaust - which is what I did. The BF specials didn't make my one year wait to tune plan do so well
