Ordered a wing from STEEDA.

Got a personal phone call explaining it was out-of-stock, when they were expecting it and to call them if I had concerns or wanted updates.

Now that's sum customer service there.

I think everyone in general is used to calling a number and being on hold for a long time. On average it takes 20-30 seconds to get thru to us. Just ring the 1 (800) 950-0774 and dial 1.

*Pro-Tip : Avoid Mondays/Fridays if you want to do a deeper dive over the phone. Usually are highest call volume days.
