We made some good power with the 62mm hellion kit on my brothers 2015. Drivability is great on and off boost. Id really suggest messaging Sai li. We made 709hp at under 8lb on e85. Setting A put down 622 @ 5.5lb. We are also running a return style fuel sys. Built by Sai.

Really?
I know there have been at least 2 remote dyno sessions. The last one was supposed to have been at 2 pm yesterday but have not heard anything back since then.
Any info you can share will be most welcome -the wait is killing me.

Thanks for sharing what you do know.
I should also apologize to OP- littering his thread with on3 stuff!
Back to Helllion talk!(I will have to entertain my self with the Hellion car till I get the on3 back)
I have been on vacation but my installer has been doing the remote tuning with Chris at BBR. Since they sorted out the IMRC issues he said the car pulls like it is making boost(gauge still does not work).
He just sent the log of the last tune revision(only one so far) and he said it looked still a little rich but safe.
I am hoping there will be more revisions since I bought a base kit, custom tune and logging session.
I may be able to get the car on a dyno next week If we are done .

What was IMRC issue?
I will have to get details for my installer when I get home.
He met up with Chris and John(Hellion)at Joiliet and they figured out he
may have done the PCV as instructed by Hellion wrong .He was also talking the guys at UPR about a catch can/breather on Monday and they helped to figure it out as well.
He says car pulls hard now like it is making boost.Check engine light is no longer on.He just logged the first tune revision yesterday .

Some of the problem may be the location of the MAF. It should of been installed after the intercooler for a clean signal. Sai corrected this during the dyno session. It should of never been installed in the intercooler.

I'm hesitant to use a lot of tuners. Unless they have specifically tuned a 15 auto, it does me no good. I'm not worried about my power levels, they are fine. It's all in the shifting. Every tuner I have talked to is hating the auto with boost. I guess they changed a lot in the 6r80 computer and it's causing a lot of issues...

My post may have been misunderstood we didn't move it but tuning would of been a lot easier. Air coming through the intercooler is very turbulent for lack of a better word. In the top pipe its smoothed out all flowing the same. While tuning he had to ignore what the MAF was showing at times.
