I relocated mine as well just for insurance.

Customers should not have to do this. Mfgr's need to be aware of customers needs.

No issues for me, I've been running catless SP headers since Sept. Primarily run E85 and my last two fill-ups this month were 91 octane. Did not have the sensors re-located.

Can you remount them with the headers still installed?

Interesting.....the new Streetfighter headers I've bought for my U.K. car have the O2 sensors mounted in the top of the collectors..

Thanks for all the comments folks. I just ordered my SP setup last night. My car runs e85 100% of the time and it is also garage kept. The e85 I use always tests out between e80-90.

I wonder how those will clear the underbody? It seems like they could hit if pointing straight up right there.

Hey Todd my opinion as long as your car does not sit for a couple weeks at a time u should be good,e85 does create alot more condensation then regular gas, when sitting for long periods of time and condensation puddles up in the collector it can be hard on the 02's.

Looking at the angle the headers are laying I think the sensors will be 15 degrees or so below straight up 90 when mounted. OP please let us know how they work out.

Especially not good to let it sit for long periods in the winter, when that water can also mix with the oil. Seen a few sludge filled motors from that. I just swapped back to pump gas last week. No more E85 until I get a return system :(

I removed the bungs and installed new ones at an angle in the same place they were originally. No issues. Driving in varying weather, garage kept. Run E all the time.

ran e85 exclusively (besides about 3-4 gallons of 93...got caught too far away lol) for probably 4k miles now ...no issues.

side note, is it smart to fill up with pump gas if she's gonna sit for awhile during winter? when it gets 50+ here i will drive it here and there...can't help it
