I can't speak to the actual difficulty, but it is not a short process. About 8 hours with a lift.

Yes, they come with extensions and new header bolts.

I so want to put headers on my car and a good tune for the sound and hopefully a nice gain in power, but once I void my warranty I know it's going to open the flood gates for tons of mods since the warranty is gone. Lol
