Adam,
Was the customer whose plug gaps you reported the same one that you graphed in the first image below? If so, could you explain the graph because it doesn't make sense to me. If I'm reading the graph right, the order of the plugs from best firing to worst firing is | 3 | 4 | 1 | 2 |. But that doesn't match up with the gaps you reported, because then the order of the best firing gaps to the worst firing gaps would be |.030|.038|.028|.030|. Inquiring minds want to know.

A customer I just I was tuning just last night pulled his plugs out and this is what he had |.028|.032|.030|.038|.
