How can a radiator overcool? If the thermostat is working properly, it will just stay closed, and *no* cooling occurs until the water is too hot, then it opens to pass water to the radiator to cool it. Sounds more like a thermostat problem to me.

Is that oil on the upper part of the plug - the metal body and insulator - from you handling the plugs? I don't see how oil from the cylinder could possibly get there if the plugs are installed properly.

Don't see how the crankcase PCV or a leaking turbo seal could possibly be putting oil into the turbo inlet since the turbo seal is past the inlet and the crankcase PCV goes to the intake manifold, way past the turbo. Seems more like it might be a problem with the PCV coming from the valve cover...
