I bought a spare key fob on ebay (~55) and was able to get it programmed as a third Admin key using the instructions in the Owners Manual. I don't really care about the metal key so that wasn't an issue. I like to keep one of them configured as MyKey.

It's a car and it's a mustang
A replacement keyfob would cost $80-120.

Programming will also cost you a pretty penny if you do not have a second Fob.

I also bought one from ebay, from California, correct numbers, very limited items for sale for my particular FCC number. I tried it about 20 times in 20 different ways following the owners manual. It did not work so I got pissed and contacted the seller for a return. Then on the forums, I found a different way to program it and it worked. Contacted the seller and deleted the return request. Nice to have a third just in case...

Bought mine used and only came with one key fob. Bought a 2nd on Ebay for $60. Called 6 Ford dealers around me to see how much to program. Cheapest one was $108, so I have that scheduled for next weekend.
