What's your reasoning for wanting the PP? Is it 'just because' or do you plan to actually track the car? Not saying there's a right answer, but if it's the former, it sounds like the WAF may need to take precedence over what would ultimately amount to some minor cosmetic differences and a slightly stiffer ride.
Lol ...been trying to teach her ...trust me , its a lost cause. I am keeping the camaro just looking to add to the family. I just really like this new S550. Especially in competition orange.
True on the happy wife comment. I will track it some buts its like my 1le I guess. I dont need the track package but its alot more fun to drive and handles like its on rails for a big pig lol. Plus for what you get on the pp its a good bargain I think. IDK what to do yet but we want another car so it may be the auto.
Join us Limited Edition folks. You can then have the best looking version and get the Auto with PP....though no Orange but who needs orange when there is Kona Blue...lol

That's not necessarily true. I've been racing cars (on an amateur level) for years, and have absolutely no idea how to use a manual transmission -- my racing team has an Audi A4 with a DCT we use for rallying. But if you asked me to try to drive a car with a manual transmission, you might as well ask me to fly an airplane for all the good it would do. The one and only time I've ever tried to drive a car with a manual, I stalled over 100 straight times (over the course of two hours) trying to get the car into first gear without ever successfully getting into gear -- stalled every time. So buying a manual transmission car is completely out of the question, but I'd still like to take it to the track every now and then.
I have no idea if you're being sarcastic or not here. There are plenty of reasons to get a manual transmission. However, if you don't know how to use one (and I don't), you might as well be buying a really expensive paper weight as a car with a manual transmission.
Start the car. Depress the clutch. Put the gear shift lever in the slot for first gear. Let go of the clutch. Stall.
you forget the part where are letting the clutch out you have to simultaneously give the car gas to get rolling.
It's difficult to coordinate the movement of both legs independently of each other at exactly the same time when you're not used to doing that. And if you just try using one leg, the car stalls before you can move your right foot from the clutch to the gas.
