It is interesting as he even has a screen shot in his signature from the tracking page. Most likely an error but I could see it actually being built and if it does get built he's going to have the most rare Mustang besides the vert LE. We'll see if ford catches it or not. Unless he just played w/ a bunch of photoshop to mess with people. I don't get why he blocked out his order and dealer number. Maybe to hide his order and protect his dealer...i dunno.

Its clearly not easy to tell credibility over the net but he didnt post this as HEY I GOT A PERF PACK. The dude clearly went in asking for 3.55 gears for his auto. He even thanked somebody else for telling him that was available. Even after he ordered he doesnt even emphasize that, he just is happy he got 19 wheels and 3.55 auto. Now my basic point remains. There is clearly an automatic option out there created with auto and 67G. That guy did not create that order sheet. Everything is right up to the dots before the suboptions even the way it flows. Nor would he have even had any desire to as looking at his post history hes not some obsessed super fan. So the fact is ford has a 67g for automatics with a 3.55 ready whether or not they admit it.

It could very easily be a glitch from the LE or they could have plans to add it in next year and already added it to the system. Other possibility is they add it in as an option half way through the MY. There's no telling but so far he's the only one to have any kind of evidence that supports this.

I'm going to try and have my dealer put in a similar order this week on a 401A. I'm going to use dude's order as a template and see if we can get it in. Can someone else on here in the know try to put in a similar order using this?

This order won't happen! The 67G should only kick out a TORSEN axel. It is a kit on the line. 67E has the 3.55s. The performance package is listed out by item on the LE. If such a kit were assembled, it would show on the LE build sheets.

Agreed... We tried leaving the Performance Package with mine but it would not submit/confirm with Ford. It kept kicking the order out saying can't not have it with Auto. Once we removed the PP; my order went thru

Then where does that entire section come from? Space? Even if they don't end up building it, he didn't write that in there and that isn't the 3.55 standalone option, that is a different code. So there is some 67G in there that somebody programmed with automatic standard config and that has the 3.55 in place of the 3.73 for the autos with everythimg else seemingly the same. I'm going to hammer on this point till I get a sufficient answer. What is that 3.55 doing in there in the perf pack description? It has to have been added for automatic performance packs. For contingency or future I dont know. And by the way this guys order went through. That's why I'm gping to try to replicate it.

Lets say that the order DID submit in the computer and is awaiting scheduling. I'm pretty sure somewhere down the line the customer would get a call saying "re-configure we aren't building this glitch"

There are no prices. Pre-Submission you can type in overrides all day long but nothing is official until the factory approves it. Which it wont.

Don't tell me things like you know them for a fact. No you cannot manually alter a code description like that to change what makes it up. You could add in codes that might not be accepted. But this isnt a code by itself.

Really? Show me your order sheet with 67G listed anywhere. Since you're the one they found to sucker. Show me where it shows a 67G automatic with 3.55 gears. Even if its standard it'll be listed if its in there.
