Not saying that you are not right but is this something that has been confirmed by Ford or just speculation?

With the 2017MY order banks opening up in two weeks I would have thought that maybe that production for the 2016MY may be shorter this year?

Obviously ford could finish up all GT350 builds before then, but could still pump out regular mustangs.

The chart isn't measuring model year sales, it's showing number of units sold annually, averaged per month over the whole year, regardless of model year.

And yes, someone rightly pointed out the 2016 numbers only show the average of the first two months of the year - the WORST two months of the year in auto sales historically.

The Mustang is doing just fine.

Do what? If you slipped a car geared to run 54 mph in first gear to hold 4k out of the hole you'll be buying clutches left and right. Lethal found that out real quick by smoking theirs.
The launch control on GT350 starts with 4,000 rpm. That is the minimum lunch control rpm setting. Look at the dyno graph you will see why.

Mustangs will always do fine. I see a turbo 4 on every block.

Is there a break down of individual mustang model sales?

How much different are the Recaro's from the GT PP to the GT350? I'm average or so to say. About 210lbs and 6'1" and I love them in my PP. I just did a 1200 mile round trip and thought they were great!?
GT350 Recaros are definitely tighter on the hips and my waist is 33". I read that over time they break in.

I'm 6'3 210-215lbs with 34-36" waist and my recaros fit just a little snug with a hoodie. With just t-shirt and pants it's like 95% perfect. The seat I fully expect to break in a bit as its good and I fit tight but good.

I tried the recaros in the GT before my car and they fit me even better. I know the gt350 seats are a little different but couldn't figure why the GT was slightly better for me until my brother sat in my 350. He said:

"Wow this alcantara really GRIPS you".

That said, the GT felt a bit better to me because I could slip just a bit and easily sink into the seat. Leather will do that. The 350 is still almost perfect all said.

It could start at 7k and it wouldn't matter. The same principles apply. You just change the outcome, bog, clutch slip or spin.

I don't think you can go up to 7k in GT350 launch control settings though...

270 and 40" waist. Track pack and a diet plan. May just buy a Recaro profi xl. I wanted the coolers more than I was worried about leather and nav.

Dont worry you can just sit "on" the seat instead of "in" the seat. Im 6' 225 and feel like an overweight girl in too tight jeans with a mean muffin top, but im OK with it :D

people are mad its not a spec sheet racer. ironically these are the people that don't have the ability to get one. I can only imagine how great of an experience it is to rip around in a gt350
