Should I run E85 (E65) or 91 gas with Boostane?

Hey guys!
I tried finding the answer to this before positing but couldn't get anything concrete...first my mods:
I have a 2019 Mustang GT PP1 with Corsa Sport/Extreme Active Catback, Steeda Pro-Flow CAI and PBD Tune.
Gonna stay Naturally Aspirated and want to get the most power out of it to enjoy spirited driving.

Here's the Issue - I only have 91 octane here in Boulder, CO and the only station that has E-85 is really only E-65. (New Boulder Gas on 28th St.)
I'm tempted to just run the E85 (E65 ethanol here) and do some data logs to send to PBD and have them workout the best tune....but when it snows here I don't drive around and she can sit for a week (which I heard can be bad for the car because E-85 is hygroscopic - meaning over time it will absorb water and if it is left sitting for a while (More than 5 days I've heard) there will begin to be phase separation (water sitting on top of the fuel) and can cause corrosion

What fuel would you experienced guys recommend I run?
1. E65 and just make sure to start the car every day?
2. 91 Octane with Boostane Professional to bump up the octane to 110

Any guidance is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

Run the E. I’ve been on it exclusively since August and I’m a weekend warrior. Sometimes it may sit for weeks if the weather is crap. No issues.

Hey Nick- I work in Boulder on Pearl Pkwy. Nice to hear from a neighbor... You have a local guy you like for tune etc. ? I have used 5250 Performance and was pretty happy. Good luck with your choice. I run 91 Shell but our cars differ as well.....

Get lunds flex fuel tune. I could run a 1/4 tank of 93 and a 1/4 tank of E85 and still made good power. Ba k when I was NA.

Thanks for the input guys. The Steeda Pro Flow cold air intake seems to have issues with Flex Fuel tune and Steeda confirmed this, so no go on that. I spoke to Palm Beach Dyno and they just sent me a tune today for my E-65 here. They said there is still a benefit I'll see even with 65% ethanol... I'll let Y'all know what the butt dyno difference is when I run the tune with the E-65 here soon.

These coyotes love the corn juice. I run Lunds ff tune and stick to e85 year round only cycling 93 occasionally. I'm sure your car will love it's new diet, congrats.

65% Ethanol content should be 104 octane so hoping for a good result

You will DEFINITELY see a benefit with E65. Not much or any gains between E50 and E85 on the flex tune. E85 dedicated race tune would be another story, but point is E65 should be plenty.
