In the Vette world it was fairly popular. I do a short wave and get one back about 50%. I have yet to jump up and down but I'll go thumbs up if I see a real good example or we "race" a bit . I love my car, but it's still just a S550. Not exactly a supercar or a classic. And there are plenty...
I cancelled it in my Mustang and use a USB. That is when I have music on at all. In my DD I have it on all the time and also have a CD in and USB and radio so I can change as I please. So far, the music is free I have not had to pay. Eventually that will run out. The best "trial I have seen...
Agreed. However I avoided "black" and went "Graphite". I like the contrast. There are actually a ton of wheels I liked, but none of them chrome. Now on a 67 or something sure...imho anyway
New today's pic. Just wish I still had my 7 car garage....I guess you can only drive one at a time.
Damn that's terrible. Maybe we can all get ya a Go Fund Me page? lol...
I'm 61 and I really did not expect this forum to have as many patriarchal members I guess. I figured the Mustang in general being an "affordable" car would attract a younger crowd and I imagine it does dependent on generation/model. What I find funny is that my previous two fun cars were...
I think it may depend on what deal you can get as well. The 18 is great but there are "issues" with some apparently. I was torn as well but found a 16 with 8500 miles, factory warranty and Ford performance upgrades for <30. For the full package (I also spoke with original owner, shop that did...
I'm still wondering too as it is a simple and easy mod but when I drive, the car shifts great. I think most who buy something would love to brag about what a good choice it is... Maybe for them it is. I'm very pleased with the factory set up. However perhaps (based on the link to the thread...
Got an estimate for clean, buff and ceramic coat. Added The GT start button with the shift knob. I checked and that's 10hp right there. The ceramic coat may be 3-5 as well cause I'll be more "slippery". (lol). Great ideas on these threads..
People are nuts sometimes... here is a great deal - a 16 GT with 35k miles for $40K. Why, because it has "great paint".

My 16 w/ Stage 1 ran 488T/ 520hp. I'm at 5280ft however. I can get the spec sheet out but yours does seem low. Mine was on a "Mustang" dyno as well which I thought was a neat coincidence.
Just ordered start button as like 16fastback above, I installed the GT350 shift knob. I did not realize the start button was a Ford product. Great ideas on this thread. Also I found the "kit"/ button from 131 bucks to 14.95 lol.
Two days off a month! That would suck for me but hope it works for you. I have a "circuit" as well for a romp involving back roads and hiway. Each involves it's own precautions (ie troopers or tractors) but it is a great way to have fun and forget about work or what ever as you experience a...
Glad you got the car you want. Big difference with the V8, Some appreciate that, some prefer other power plants. Now you need this imho.....

Finally got the car in to fix the A/C. Dealer replaced a leaking "valve assembly" and also repaired evidence of "rodent damage". I never thought to ask the original owner if, where or when the car had been stored as I doubt mice got to it in the last few months with me driving it weekly but...
