That's bc he took them them out hard the first time, then put them back in to make the video. They were easier the second time.

I wonder what would go wrong if these videos were made without the rock background music?
Yeah no doubt, it looked a little too easy in the video, made me laugh cause he didn't even get dirty basically.

I'll post back when I'm done with my real life version of the install.

Easy stuff if you have the tools, just time consuming.

I've done two now, mine and a buddy's.
+1
Same. Did mine last year, and a friends today!

What's the challenge in the rear
The rear springs are easier than the front for me.
This CJ Pony Parts video shows the method I've used twice now for the rear.

* except, unlike the video, I use jack stands and a floor jack.
Once the rear jack points are supported with jack stands, remove the rear wheels. Work only one side at a time. Support one side of the rear subframe with a floor jack. Remove the rear brake line support, remove the two upper shock mount bolts, subframe bracket and two subframe bolts (shown in the video)...then slowly lower the floor jack. The subframe will come down enough on one side to allow the spring to come right out...just like the video shows. Only do one side at a time so the rear subframe stays perfectly aligned.

Man I crammed a damn floor Jack between the body (BODY SHELL NEAR WHERE THE ABS WIRE RUNS) and the knuckle and cranked it down.
This was by far the hardest spring install ever.
